The KP Method isn’t another wellness website. It’s a self-care classroom.

Welcome

First, thank you for trusting me with something as personal as your self-care.

No matter how much we want to romanticize it, self-care isn’t always easy. It’s tender. It’s messy. And sometimes, it’s confusing. The KP Method exists to bring clarity, structure, and compassion to your relationship with self-care. Here, it’s reframed as part of who you are — not just something you do.

Yes, I’m a certified health coach and I’m also an award-winning news producer. In an industry that demands the most, self-care isn’t really optional for me (especially when you co-host a show called The Wellness Hour). And over time I’ve come to learn that self-care is one of the most selfless things you can do.

Why?

Because you can’t pour into others unless you’ve poured into yourself first.

What’s in the cup is for you.

The overflow is for everyone else.

The KP Method is about learning how to keep your cup full.

Here’s how.

Reflections (free)

There’s nothing quite as powerful as that feeling that arises when life offers you a lesson and you actually recognize it.

Reflections is where I share those lessons. Every quarter, I drop a series of essays that will gracefully help you move forward — be it a baby step or a gigantic leap.

This space will always be free.

The Re:set Podcast (free)

Nature doesn’t operate on a January to December calendar system. It runs from spring to winter, March to February, Aries to Pisces.

The Re:set is designed to honor this natural rhythm with themes, intentions, moon phases, cycle tides, and weekly journal prompts that go with the flow.

The lessons you’ll learn through the show will you empower you to take society’s pressure and expectations off its pedestal and begin moving in ways that place your authority and authenticity at the forefront.

The 7 Pillars of Self-Care (premium content)

My relationship with self-care has been shaped by many chapters of my life. Childhood. Career. Marriage. Motherhood. Divorce. Through it all, one truth has remained clear: showing up as your best self requires showing up for yourself first.

The 7 Pillars of Self-Care is the foundation of The KP Method and serves as the backbone for Reflections and The Re:set Podcast. With The 7 Pillars of Self-Care, you’ll learn how to set the standard for how you show up in the world, how you care for yourself, and how you relate to others — fully, authentically, and unapologetically you.
